Installation is available from the hosted HTTPS website. Opening a downloaded HTML file does not install the app.
Your Karupukan Manager
Home has Orders, Wishlist and Recurring tabs with category filters and 10 records per page. Orders separate Unpaid, Partially paid and Paid; All outstanding combines unpaid and partially paid.
Wishlist items stay until you decide. Choose a review date (7 days by default) for one push per phone, then Place order, Think longer or Let it go. Converting opens a prefilled order; saving confirms the purchase.
Recurring payments stay unpaid until you record them. Choose weekly, monthly, yearly or a custom interval; pay early using the actual renewal date to move the next renewal, or keep a fixed schedule. Pause, resume, cancel or edit future cycles while keeping history and matured unpaid payments.
- Sign up or log in. Tap Add to create an order.
- Enter the collection, shop and items. Each item’s unit price × quantity contributes to the order total.
- Choose Full Payment or Split. For Split, choose a downpayment percentage; the downpayment and balance fill in automatically.
- Set each payment’s due date, then Save to Cloud. A payment without a due date cannot be added to Calendar.
- Tap an order to view its items, payments and activity. Mark paid records today’s payment after confirmation. Use Edit to enter a different actual payment date.
- Update delivery status and add notes in Edit. Home search and filters help you find orders; tap Total Balance to see unpaid dues.
- For older orders, saved totals stay unchanged until every item has a unit price. Use Settings → Export orders backup to download your records.
Install on your phone
A PWA is this website saved as an app on your Home Screen. Use the hosted HTTPS link, not the HTML file in Downloads.
iPhone / iPad: Open the hosted link in Safari → Share (or More → Share) → Add to Home Screen → turn on Open as Web App if offered → Add. Open it from the new icon and sign in.
Android: Open the hosted link in Chrome → menu (⋮) → Install app or Add to Home screen. You can also use the Install button here when available.
Menu names vary by phone. Installation is free. An internet connection is still needed to load and save orders; this app does not offer offline order editing.
Get calendar notifications for free
- Set unpaid payment due dates. Choose an event time above (default 9:00 AM in your calendar’s local time). If today’s event time or an earlier alert has already passed, that alert may not fire.
- Open an order → Add unpaid dues to Calendar, or download all unpaid dues from Settings.
- Open the downloaded .ics file with a compatible calendar app and confirm adding the events. If your phone only saves it to Files, use your calendar’s import feature.
- For Google Calendar, open its website on a computer → Settings → Import & export → Import → select the .ics file and calendar.
- Open an imported event and check its alerts: 2 days before, 1 day before, and at the event time. Add any missing alerts manually; some apps limit the number of alerts.
- Allow notifications for your calendar in your phone settings. Calendar handles these reminders even when Gastos Tracker is closed. Focus / Do Not Disturb and device settings can affect delivery.
After changes: Calendar exports are copies. Marking paid, deleting an order or changing a due date here will not update or remove exported events. Edit or delete the old calendar event yourself. Re-importing can create duplicates.
Only unpaid payments with a due date today or later are exported. Past deadlines and payments without a date are skipped. Exported files contain order names and amounts—save them to a calendar you trust.
Does installing enable tracker push notifications?
Installation alone does not enable reminders. For push, open Settings → Phone notifications → Enable notifications and allow permission. On iPhone/iPad (iOS 16.4 or later), first install to the Home Screen and open its icon. Scheduled pushes require the owner to configure the Cloudflare reminder Worker and Firebase access; a device test alone does not confirm scheduled delivery. You can turn push off on each phone. Calendar alerts do not need tracker notification permission.
